RIDE SUMMARY

Trinity Road is one of the very few roads that you can use to cross the mountains from Sonoma County over to Napa County between Santa Rosa and Sonoma. While it will save you many miles of travel by going over the mountains, it does indeed go over the mountains. This road at times is more suited to a goat or a horse than any type of wheeled transportation !

That being said, it still is an interesting ride and worth taking. It would just be very important that you understand slower speeds are the requirement and always paying attention to the upcoming road and blind corners is imperative.

Again, this is an interesting road to take as it will take you from Sonoma County over to Napa County with the least miles taken. It also give you spectacular views but be warned that it can be dangerous - especially if there has been any rainfall or if the roads are not completely dry from the morning dew.
