RIDE SUMMARY

A free spirited feeling may grab you as you take on this scenic back country road. Bodega Highway is a mild mannered road, with a surface condition that can change from very good to very rough in a short distance.

The road is signed well enough to let riders know of changing road conditions well in advance.  Turns are relatively smooth with a few moderately angled ones found in the mix.  Bodega Highway also runs close to the town of Valley Ford, and not too far from Occidental.  It is easy to turn a ride like this into a day trip if you want to visit all of the small towns nearby.
