RIDE SUMMARY

This portion of CA-1 has more straight stretches and soft turns then any other section of the highway we have covered.  It’s smooth ride and panoramic seascapes add to the enjoyment of this ride.

Most of the elements of surprise are removed as a result of the numerous cautionary signs that are posted along the way.

Sightseer’s have a tendency of driving a little erratic after spotting a photo opportunity at the last second.

We recommend that you check out our Weather Page before riding. Fog and cold weather is common to this area.
