Continuing its reputation as the “All American Road, CA-1 sways its almost perfect road surface along the beautiful Sonoma Coast.

The experience of being sheltered by coastal trees, cruising along golden hillsides, and taking in breath taking views of the ocean, all validate the tale of CA-1 being lengendary amongst riders.

Be especially on guard for joggers.  Also tourists who stop for a quick photo can dart back into traffic at the last second.

We recommend that you check out our Weather Page before riding. Fog and cold weather is common to this area.
