RIDE SUMMARY

This calm country road joins Howell Mountain Road when you come into the valley from the North, or connects with Sage Canyon Road, coming from the South.  No matter the direction, this rider friendly road is a real treat for riders of all ability levels.

One of the nicer qualities about this road is the good visibility it provides riders. Approaching traffic can be spotted early.  Wildlife is in the area, including farm animals.  They may enter the roadway so expand your safety scan to go well beyond the roadside.  You may also find commercial and recreational vehicles traveling along this route.

The road comes with nice straight-aways, and plenty of smooth turns. Changes to the road condition are well posted to allow riders ample time to adjust their speed and angle of approach.
